Hosu is under attack by the League of Villains with their Nomu army. Meanwhile, Stain prepares to kill his latest victims - including Iida. Realising Iida chose his internship based on Stain's MO in an attempt to get revenge for crippling his brother, Izuku begins a frantic search for his friend, and narrowly foils Stain's attempt to kill Iida. Izuku is quickly joined by Todoroki, and the two begin an intense, desperate battle against the Hero Killer.
Tropes:
- Armor-Piercing Response: When Iida is consumed by vengeful rage and hunts down Stain for crippling his brother, he vows to exact retribution upon the Hero Killer. Stain's response? He points at the injured Native behind him and says:Stain: Save that guy first.
- Big Damn Heroes: Happens twice. Izuku rushes into the alleyway using One for All and punches Stain away right as he's about to strike Iida. Then, as Izuku gets incapacitated and Stain prepares to strike again, Shoto shows up and stops him, having responded to Izuku's distress text.
