Chaud travels to Netopia's old military base after learning that's where Bubble Man found Trill. Back in Japan, Lan and Mega Man are trying to figure out the cause of disappearing navis and learn Zoan Pharaoh Man is the cause.
- And Then John Was a Zombie: Zoan Pharaoh Man abducts football navis (who resemble Grid Man from Battle Network 5) to convert them and make more soldiers for Gregar's army. He later does the same thing to Zoan Spark Man.
- Attack Its Weak Point: Gregar Beast Out Mega Man deletes Zoan Spark Man by ripping out his navi emblem.
- Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: The episode begins with a third cybeast stomping in Net City. It turns out to be Bubble Man on stilts covered in foam.
- Downer Ending: The episode ends with Mega Man about to rampage in Net City.
- Killed Off for Real: Zoan Spark Man is deleted.
