With Mega Man transforming into Beast Mode from the previous episode, its up to Lan's friends to turn him back to normal.
- Adaptational Badass: When Mega Man is captured the first time, he attacks Roll and Glyde by breathing fire. In the games, Beast Out Mega Man can only do this if he's in Heat Beast mode.
- Big Damn Heroes:
- After Beast Out Mega Man is trapped in an old abandoned area of cyberspace, he morphs into his Falzer form and breaks out. Iris' navi splits apart Mega Man and Trill.
- The end of the episode has Zoan Pharaoh Man demand Iris' navi to hand over Trill. She refuses, Zoan Pharaoh Man tries to attack only to get hit by a shock wave from Proto Man's Neo Variable Sword.
- Foreshadowing: Proto Man steps into the Fossa Ambience rift to see Beyondard.
- Killed Off for Real: Zoan Pharaoh Man is deleted in this episode.
- Nice Job Fixing It, Villain: Subverted. After Sci Lab, Roll and Glyde successfully bind and paralyze Mega Man, Bubble Man seizes the opportunity to defeat Mega Man only to accidentally let him escape, rendering their efforts pointless. Roll squeezes Bubble Man into a ball and kicks him for his trouble.
