Lan and Mega Man are given a mission to find out the source of distribution for the Dark Chips.
- Identical Twin ID Tag: Despite Ms. Mari description that she and her twin sister look alike, Yuriko's hair resembles croissants in contrast to Ms. Mari's cinnamon bun style.
- Never Say "Die": In the dub, Ms. Mari says her twin sister moved away. Near the end of Axess we learn the sister died after her airplane was struck by a meteor. Ironically its more informative than the Japanese version where Ms. Mari barely says anything other than not believing her sister can't be the Dark Chip supplier.
- Wham Shot: The end of the episode shows Ms. Mari waiting to cross the street and notices Yuriko. A truck passes by, only for Yuriko to disappear. Ms. Mari brushes it off as her imagination after hearing Lan meeting a person resembling her.
