On his way to Federica's birthday party, Ludovico stumbles upon a gay rights march, in which comes out of his car and calls Federica about the delay, only to appear on the news and have his words twisted into a declaration of coming out. Meanwhile on Federica's birthday, Flavio gets stuck in a literal closet. When Ludovico finally arrives and Flavio comes out of said closet, their wives mistake them for gay and kick them out of the house.
Tropes:
- Camp Gay: The gay protesters are all effeminate; some of them even crossdress.
- Clothing Damage: Played for Laughs when Ludovico and Flavio have their clothes torn to shreds after being dogpiled by the gay protesters when the former said he had doubts.
- Hypocritical Humor: Federica calls Ludovico out for the harm he caused to the family after his "declaration", while bashing Ludoviquito's and Junior's heads together as she speaks.
- Mistaken for Gay: The main premise of the episode. It starts with Ludovico appearing on the news in a gay rights march, while Flavio is stuck on a (literal) closet.
- Say My Name: When Flavio gets trapped in the closet while in Federica's birthday, he eventually shouts Martina's name, it's even a Written Sound Effect.
