- Cloud Cuckoolander: Dino, the co-owner, repeatedly claims that his Carlota sauce was inspired by God himself.
- Failed Dramatic Exit: After closing down the kitchen (and reacting angrily when the owner acts as though the closure is Gordon's fault), Gordon shows the customers a container of mold-encrusted spaghetti sauce to explain why the kitchen is closed. He apologizes to the customers, expresses his disappointment, angrily heads back to the kitchen - and ends up stuck trying to push a pull door. ("Fuck'n door...")
