Wally comes to Dokko's while he's studying microorganisms and drinks his glass of water. Dokko scolds him due to drinking his object of experimentation, as the water he was studying had these organisms. Assuming he killed them, Wally recruits Chiko, who was cleaning his carpet, to protect them. He prevents Barry from spraying the bugs eating his garden with pesticide, and late puts everyone on enormous crutches, which are extremely uncomfortable.
When it fails, he still tries to protect them, but when Dokko informs him that the organisms might still live and even spread inside of him, he changes his mind and starts warring against them. He tries doing that using soap, due to it killing bacteria, giving everyone improvised shoes made of soap, which are even more uncomfortable. As Wally comes to clean Barry's house, he tells him that people and organisms still live in perfect company, which prompts Wally to starts fighting against their fears instead.
