Krash and Chiko sneak into Barry's house and take out his samovar. Rosa notices this and runs after them, chatting incessantly. Krash and Chiko take the samovar to Pin's house. Both Pin and Dokko find it perfect for creating a diving suit. They quickly get to work, but are constantly interrupted by Rosa, who thinks they are making a clown costume. Krash and Chiko pull her aside several times, which greatly angers her. She decides to boycott them and leaves.
Rosa is waiting for her friends to apologies, but nothing happens. She assumes her friends just don't know what a boycott is and returns. In the courtyard of Pin's house, work on a diving suit is still in full swing. Chiko goes to the hangar for details and meets Rosa, who shows him some signs with inscriptions. Chiko shrugs them off and takes the details to friends. By the evening, Rosa starts talking with the balloon, but it doesn't respond to anything, and she boycotts it as well.
The next day, the diving suit is ready, and Krash is about to test it. Suddenly, Rosa interrupts them and demands to explain why her friends boycotted her. Dokko says they were just too busy. Satisfied with this response, Rosa starts talking loudly about costumes and clowns again. She climbs into a diving suit and continues to chatter incessantly while she is lowered under the water.
Tropes:
- Constantly Curious: Rosa. However, instead of asking questions she doesn't know, she asks questions only she knows. The others are busy working and expectedly try to avoid her.
- Silent Treatment: Rosa tries to do this to her friends, but they end up being too busy to even know that she was boycotting them. The episode's title in the 4Kids Entertainment dub is even titled after this trope's name, in case you didn't know what it's about.
- Talking with Signs: After Rosa starts thinking that her friends don't know what a boycott is, she decides to try and explain it. But since she already boycotted them, she resorts to signs that have "A boycott means that I'm not speaking to you!" and "Do you want to know how come?" written on them. She gets no response anyway.
