Recap / Kaeloo S 2 E 45 Lets Play Karaoke

Go To

An accident leaves Quack Quack with a Compelling Voice and Reality Warping powers that work on everyone except Mr. Cat. Mr. Cat exploits these powers to his own advantage.

"Let's Play Karaoke" contains the following tropes:

  • Acting Your Intellectual Age: Quack Quack's Compelling Voice doesn't work on Mr. Cat because it only works on children, and even though Mr. Cat is around eleven or twelve, he's as mature as an adult.
  • Alcohol Hic: Kaeloo and Stumpy does this when Mr. Cat's Reality Warping gets them drunk.
  • Compelling Voice: Quack Quack develops one after accidentally swallowing a spoon. It causes everyone except Mr. Cat to do whatever he's singing about.
  • iSophagus: Parodied. Quack Quack manages to develop an amazing singing voice by accidentally swallowing a spoon of all things.
