Mr. Black and Mr. White come to the Test Siblings for help as their General undertook a dangerous experiment to turn himself into a super soldier despite simulations showing it'll lead to disaster. Johnny and Dukey become Johnny X and Super Pooch once more to combat him, but the General is much stronger than their initial powers, necessitating some upgrades. What's more, they have to be quick before the General's unstable molecules cause him to go evil and take over the world...followed by blowing up.

- Curb-Stomp Battle: Every attempt until the last one to combat the monster General ends with Johnny and Dukey getting pummeled.
- Not Me This Time: The episode opens with some stores in Porkbelly trashed. Susan and Mary initially think it's Johnny but he reveals he had nothing to do with it that time.
- Race Against the Clock: The heroes try to figure out how to capture the General and bring him back to normal within two hours as, once one hour goes by, the General's brain waves will make him evil and want world domination, and the hour afterward will cause him to explode.
- Tempting Fate: At the beginning, Johnny thinks that, since this isn't a problem he caused, it's something Dukey, his sisters, and himself don't have to clean up. Cue Mr. Black and Mr. White arriving at their house to ask for help.
- Too Dumb to Live: Despite his scientists and Mr. White and Black showing the General a simulation of the super soldier experiment ending in failure and harm to the subject, The General thinks and decides to use it on himself to prove them wrong.
