It's Dog Appreciation Day, and Dukey expects Johnny to get him a gift, except he doesn't have any money to do so. To fix that problem, Johnny takes some supposedly useless items from his sisters' lab and sells them off in a makeshift yard sale. However, Susan and Mary reveal that the "junk" he sold was really experiments they were making for the General disguised as regular items. The Test siblings and Dukey thus have to get them back, but doing so turns out to be easier said than done.

Tropes:

  • Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: The chew toy has the ability to make whomever bites into it into a giant. A dog owner finds this out the hard way when he buys it for his dog, and Dukey has a bit of a time trying to get it back. He later uses it himself near the end of the episode.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: The elderly woman whom Johnny sells the picnic basket/powered armor suit to is annoyed by rudeness. Some legitimate like Johnny's behavior to her, but others just perceived (like a guitarist playing folk music). Once she gains the armor, she proceeds to use it to attack everything that annoys her and only relents the suit when Johnny says "Please."
  • Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Johnny not only sells off his sisters' items without permission, which causes all the problems in the episode, but even accidentally tells the elderly woman whom he sold he basket to that it's powered armor that she takes for her own.
  • Temporarily a Villain: Hank Anchorman becomes one when he finds out the umbrella is a multi-tool weapon, to which he dons a villain outfit and robs some stores.
