Technology has advanced far enough for the abominations to only considered a passive threat with the use of Robomi replicas and special weaponry. All of this changes when a lookalike of Nicholas makes quick work of the replicas.
With Nicolas and Marie expecting a baby soon, the former plans to have the repairs for the Robomi prototype to be his last job as an engineer. When the crew visits the research vessel to pick up Hallessena, an alarm is sound off altering the presence of abominations. What is expected to be a simple task becomes problematic when they see the lookalike.

- Big Damn Heroes: Just before Nicolas could finish of Hallessena, Robomi steps in and attacks him and the Captain while breaking the two's control from Tyrias.
- Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Tyrias reflexively stops Airi from becoming an abomination hybrid. This unfortunately means that Tyrias effectively becomes a traitor of his own kind.
- Improbable Aiming Skills: Robomi is accurate enough to disable the command receptors of the abomination cells, even with the potential of them being fused with vital organs.
- Reforged into a Minion: The Captain and Nicholas are turned into abominations after being abducted by Tyrias.
- They Look Like Us Now: Tyrias takes on the guise as a human as a means to evolution.
