Primal Resonance
A letter arrives notifying Medusa that her sisters have been found. Much to her dismay, the crew is tied up with a job, forcing Medusa to head off to the location by herself.
Once the job is over, the crew heads off to the same island Medusa went to, which happens to be the usual island where many crews duke out against primal beasts.
Tropes
- All Your Powers Combined: Geo tries to absorb all primal beasts the best he could in order to destroy every skydweller.
- Missed Him by That Much: Zooey only appears in the ending, right after the crew defeats Geo.
- Properly Paranoid: While searching for Euryale, Baal is the first to be suspicious about Geo after Nezha notes how simple it was for Geo to find Stheno's core, causing him to go out alone expecting a trap.
- Sequel Hook: Geo flees from the scene assuming that Cosmos is coming after him. While the crew asks questions regarding his words, she refuses to divulge more info.
- Understatement: After the crew relays info about Geo's destructive actions to Zooey, she concludes that there might be "an error" in Geo's behavior, which Medusa replies that "absolutely bonkers" is a more fitting description.
- Vitriolic Best Buds: Medusa and Baal are noted to bicker from time-to-time, which Nezha compares the relationship to a pair of kittens fighting each other over territory.
