Fanboy is indirectly "introduced" to his left arm and discovers many things he can do with it.
- Comically Missing the Point:
- Apparently, Fanboy didn't know he had two arms until this episode. Only Chum Chum noticed.
- Then before he takes his pop quiz Fanboy says he's "a guy with two arms...and a leg."
- Kindness Ball: Kyle is oddly kinder than usual in this episode, as he actually enjoys Fanboy's double-arm tricks and finds them fun. He also tearfully appreciates his fart symphony.
- Overly Long Gag:
- Fanboy trying to entertain himself when he finishes his pop quiz long before everyone else did, complete with in-between pauses.
- Fanboy repeatedly trying to get Chum Chum's attention during the test by saying his name over and over.
