Cleo begins lecturing Ranzal and Luca over stealing some dried meat she had set out. However, the two of the say they didn't and that they were licked by a dog as an explanation for the crumbs on their faces.
Just as they say this, they find a dog in their presence. Euden reveals the dog to be a possible lost dog, and offers to let the dog stay at the castle until his owner is found. Laranoa offers to show Euden how to properly take care of a dog.
Once Euden starts to understand how to care for the little puppy, he begins taking the dog on walks. Eventually, the dogs owner does show up and reveals that he had been training the pup to be an adventure dog. He offers to bring the dog back to them once the dogs training is finished.
Euden and the gang say their farewell to the dog with hopes of meeting him again.
This event contains examples of:
- April Fools' Day: The event occurred on the first of April. However, after the event ended the Dragalia Lost team expressed plans for a feature involving the dog on a future date. One year later, the event was permanently added to the game albeit without the cutscenes.
- Precious Puppy: The focus of the event is on an adorable little puppy whom you feed and take for walks.
