Bob, Roley, and Scoop are turning the old dump into a park while Wendy works with Muck, Dizzy, and Lofty to remove old train rails and make a bicycle path. For this job, Lofty is equipped with a powerful magnet and has a hard time controlling it, but it comes in handy when Mr. Bentley's pen is buried under the turf of the new park.
