No Matter How Tall a Weed Grows, It Will Never Reach the Sun (雑草がどんなに伸びても太陽には届かない, Zassō ga Donnani Nobite mo Taiyō ni wa) is the eleventh episode of the first season of Birdie Wing.
Eve is frustrated she can't play a golf game with Aoi while she begins her first day at the academy. Aoi declares that she needs Eve to improve her golf skills. Meanwhile, Eve has fun going to a mall with other students. She later plays a game against fellow students Kanon "Kuyo" Iseshiba and Kaouruko. After she helps her win her golf game, she agrees to have Ichina as her caddy.

- Leaning on the Fourth Wall: Aoi angrily wonders how long she and Eve will be prevented from fighting.
- Saying Sound Effects Out Loud: Ichina says “Rub, rub” as she rubs her cheek on Eve’s new golf clubs.

- Villain Respect: A peculiar example. Amane and Eve are not enemies, but the latter heavily disapproves of the former and wishes Aoi would stay away from her. However, when asked by Gouzou if anyone on the team is good enough to play alongside Aoi, Amane replies Eve is.
