Within two months till December, Tennouzu High is gathering supplies and finding civilians in ready for the exodus. Shu has set up his Void XIII as the leaders of the student body.
As the group splits to find more supplies, they are suddenly ambushed by Daryl piloting the Gespenst Endlave and the Ouryu Kyōchō. Hare is fatally injured, and using the last of her Void powers to heal Shu, just before a GHQ attack helicopter destroys her Void, gives her last words before she dies. Furious, Shu destroys Daryl's Endlave and becomes a tyrant, yet differs from the anime, since learning that people die when their Voids are destroyed due to witnessing Hare's Void being destroyed, he brings everyone to confinement to safety in not allowing people to die while finalizing the exodus.
Meanwhile, Arisa interacts with Yuu, and the former student president learn that Inori (yet Yuu neglected to tell that Mana's the perpetrator) is the one that caused the deaths of the students. The last scene is of course GHQ reviving Gai.
