Academy City was also technically an enemy in this arc, and the Roman Catholic Church served as an enemy to keep the Anglican Church preoccupied.

- The Roman Catholic Church (and France) switched after Fiamma reveals that he had been using them.
- The Russian Federation, and by default, the Russian Orthodox Church, switch after the true Russian Patriarch was freed.
- Misaka Worst decides to team up with Accelerator.
- Mugino finally settles her issues with Shiage.
