- Elliot arriving at the Washington Township Nuclear Power Plant. What should be a climactic moment is made eerily quiet as Elliot finds no one there to stop him from casually strolling in. No security, no employees, nothing.
- Later on, after Elliot uploads the fuxsocy malware to Whiterose's machine in one of the offices, he turns to find a dead body lying conspicuously outside of one of the cubicles. The creepy part? When Elliot first walked in, that body wasn't there. While this could be written off as a mistake in continuity, Elliot's reaction screams, "Wait, where did you come from?"
- Then, once Elliot is collected by the Hamburger Man and his posse, dead bodies suddenly litter the hallways. The same hallways that Elliot traveled to get to that office.
