• Cleo getting captured by hunters in "Little Big Mouse".
• Many people have claimed to have been frightened by the Arty Smartypants puppet due to his strange physical appearance.
• During the “Silent E” song, Silent E turns a cub (resembling Leona) into a cube and a twin boy into twins.
• Click the Mouse getting a computer virus (in the form of an evil queen bee) in “The Good Seed”, resulting in Click and all the other computers in the library to become infected. Click even starts acting like she’s having a seizure. During the chaos, clips of various segments from the show start flying all over the library. At one point, a bee starts hovering around a monkey who tries to get away from it.
