Heartwarming / Wolverine and the X-Men (2009)

• Episode 1: Wolverine braving a fire to save a little girl, and then the little girl's parents want to help him afterwards, nice to see not all humans hate and fear the X-Men for saving them.
  • After said girl and parents are arrested defending him, Wolverine recruits Beast to help him free them. Once they do, the mutants they help free support their capture and Wolverine ends up giving the family a nice cabin to stay in until it all blows over. The girl even asks him not to leave, seeing him as a surrogate big brother.
• Episode 3: Magneto returning Charles Xavier to the X-Men.

  You are his children; his place is with you.

• Episode 6: Kitty practically Glomps Nightcrawler when they finally catch up to the ship he was traveling on.
  • Nightcrawler boarding a ship to Genosha and supporting the mutants on the ride from the injustice: sending them food, "convincing" the crewmates to give them food, and deciding to stay with them to ensure they reach their haven. He even helps out a fan of his and leads a team of mutants who think their powers are useless to repair the ship.
• Episode 14: Emma Frost managing to get Christy's father to remember his daughter at the end of "Stolen Lives", followed by the father and daughter embracing each other.
• Both Emma Frost and Rogue's Heel Face Turns respectively. Rogue reveals that she only joined the Brotherhood in order to infiltrate them, because she learned some unpleasant things from inside Toad's head. And it turns out that Emma wanted to stop the Phoenix from wiping out humanity, not help it.
• In the Bad Future, the last things Magneto does is to give Lorna his helmet and send her underground in order to protect her from the oncoming destruction. Magneto may not be the best father, but he still loves his kids.
