Heartwarming / Winter's Bone

• Ree's neighbour bringing her over supplies for her and the kids.
• The ending, with Teardrop taking a level in kindness and actually bonding with his younger niece and nephew, even playing his brother's banjo after a little persuading.
• Also in the ending, when Ree reassures her youngers siblings that she's not going to leave them.
• The bail bondsman giving the Dolly's back a lot of money that was put up for the bail in addition to their land (probably by one of Thump Milton's lackeys, in order to make it easier to kill Jessup), saying that it's theirs since the man never came back for it. It's implied that the money will greatly help the family, and if he'd kept it to himself, they probably would have never been any wiser.
• A bit rougher than most, but in the book, Ree's brothers offer to fight the children of the people who assaulted her, something she assures them they don't have to do.
