- One of the episodes of an "The Cat & Mouse Detectives" ends with Tom being persuaded to take on a case from a client after having spent the entire episode trying to write a mystery novel. Although it initially looks very suspicious, as the client is clearly not who she claims she is and also drives them to an abandoned cabin in the unpopulated The Middle of Nowhere... it turns out to be a surprise birthday party celebrating Tom's birthday held by every client they've helped along the way as thanks, even Spike and Butch are there (and Butch was the client this whole time).
- In the Christmas Episode, Tom and Jerry get stuck helping Santa deliver presents. When Jerry sees that Tom is on the naughty list, he removes the nametag from his own present and switches it with one that says the present is for Tom; when Tom, unaware of what happened, sees that Jerry didn't get a present, he does the same for Jerry.
- After the titular are finally reunited in "I Quit", they hug! Granted, Tom and Jerry being... Tom and Jerry, they soon go back to fighting.
- Any time Hattie and Beattie are nice to Tom.
- Hamster's efforts to protect Fishy from being eaten by Tom in the Lab Rats segment where the zero gravity device is making everyone and everything in the lab float.
- The show horse getting over its jitters in "Saddle Soreheads."
- Tom and Jerry decide to throw a party for Spike after they see him sad when the owners forgot his birthday. The ending only makes it sweeter as Spike hugs and thanks the duo for making it a great day.
