Heartwarming / Sword of the Stranger

• Practically the entire finale. Nanashi runs at least ten miles through the snow, jumps through flaming wreckage and kills several Ming soldiers, all to save Kotaru.
• Kotaru's reaction when he sees Nanashi walking up the steps of the altar, realizing that he was the one who saved him. As well as his subsequent attempts to hide the fact that he's about to cry.
• Any moment in the film where Tobimaru protects Kotaru. He's so loyal that he will throw himself at almost certain death to protect his owner.
