• Ron and Rayon's hug after she reveals she sold her life insurance to help bolster the Buyers Club costs. Especially touching when you think of Ron's homophobic and transphobic sentiments towards the beginning of the film— the fact that he would welcome a hug from a trans woman speaks volumes about his character development.
• Ron standing up to his former friend in the grocery store after mocking Rayon. It shows how far he's come, considering this was something he himself would have done before his diagnosis.
