The final scene in the subway is both funny and heart-warming. It's so sweet telling him — telegraphed by a bunch of people in a crowd — that she loves him and is not going to marry Richard.
Mick saving Sue from the crocodile. This is especially heartwarming because earlier Mick teased Sue about venturing into the bush alone and while Sue is tough and can handle herself, she's still a stranger to the outback. After killing the croc the first thing he does is comfort the traumatized Sue.
