Go To

Due to being a moments page, SPOILERS OFF!!

In general

  • The Courier's way of showing affection and praise to the students is sometimes through a good ol' pat on the head.
  • Arona's care for Six. Because she's always with him, she worries a lot about him not getting sleep and being overall reckless with the gunfights. Six in return also cares for the AI as she provides him with assistance and shielding him in battle.
  • The students who Six befriends show a lot of care to him and scolds him for being reckless, which he finds weird considering the place he lived in, concern was spared little sometimes.
  • Music being played when they go into a fight, with a mix of awesomeness, some students enjoying hearing the foreign music like Serina and especially Arona.
  • Shiroko's overall loyalty and devotion to Six. Hoshino states Six being there in Abydos has been the happiest Shiroko has ever been since they found<span class="notelabel" onclick="togglenote('note09pge');"> note  her. Of course, Six being dense doesn't think too much of it. Plus, she's always the one to back him up except for his over the top stories (which are in fact true), but she does see him as the leader, aside Hoshino, most of the time.
    • So far, it's shown she's the student he tends to pass his Wastelander skills over and is impressed she's learning quickly, to her joy.

Chapter 1: The Academy City

  • The GSC President's apparition appearing in the Mojave and the Courier's first reaction to her bleeding? Instantly goes to her to ask if she's okay and then trying to patch her up instead of being suspicious or letting her die.
  • Despite his own concerns and questions to where he was, Six agrees to help Rin with crisis because he doesn't want innocent people to die in the gunshots he can hear. Even when he was no particular stake, he recalls when Veronica called him a "bleeding heart", showing he often gets involved in helping others and fighting for just causes even when he doesn't have to.

Chapter 2: Common Wasteland Sense

  • Courier's genuine concern for the safety of Yuuka, Chinatsu, and Serina. It's obvious because they are children and he sees no adults aside himself. He feels disgusted as to the question of why bringing students to fight, comparing it to how the Legion used child soldiers. Plus, Six, being unaware at first that the halo protects the students from being critically hurt, protects Yuuka from trying to get shot.
  • Even if it's a small gesture and that he took amusement from it, Six pats an aggrieved Yuuka's head when Rin ignores her complaints.
  • A small moment but Serina happily swaying along to the music from Six's Pip-Boy even if she can't understand it because it's in English.
  • Six deciding when he goes back to the Mojave that he will build a vertibird because of his excitement being on a helicopter since he never got to be one.

Chapter 3: Bang for Your Buck

  • When Sensei checks on Yuuka after she takes heavy enemy fire, asking Chinatsu to heal her even when she insists she's fine.
  • Six disarming all of Wakamo's bombs in the building to keep it and the people inside safe, despite the huge amount of work involved. Luckily, he also gets Wakamo's "affection" to which she helps him to disarm her traps and bombs.

Chapter 4: Transaction

  • Despite his first time meeting Arona, he promises to visit her in the Shittim Chest sometimes.
  • The Courier's dedication to making sure Kivotos is in good hands before he leaves. While he is still heavily dismayed but why he was summoned here, he at least wants to do right by the city despite being an outsider. He is the leader of New Vegas so he still has a sense of responsibility and pride as a leader.
  • The playful hair ruffle the Courier gives Arona through the screen at the end.

Chapter 5: New Recruits

  • Six-Sensei empathizing with Fuuka's feelings of being underappreciated. Considering he get backstabbed in his adventures in the Mojave some times, he totally gets it.
  • Later, when the Courier states he hadn't eaten, Fuuka goes out of her way to cook him a meal despite meeting him for the first time.
  • The Courier choosing not to get angry at Arona for accessing his Pip-Boy without permission (although he was surprised by how easily she bypassed it despite the Pip-Boy being nigh-unhackable), instead gently chiding and forgiving her since he sees it was innocent curiosity on her end.
    • When Arona wants to look at his notes, he tells her to not look at them, not because he doesn't trust her, but because he wants to protect her innocence and not expose her to the horror tales of the Wasteland.
  • Yuuka's care for Six-Sensei. Just like Fuuka, she's horrified to see how he lived on Pre-War food and that he doesn't get payment in his job, so she and Fuuka makes it their job to get the GSC to give him a stipend.

Chapter 6: Roll With It

  • Six's patience and understanding in teaching Kirino, despite her initial terrible aim. Instead of getting frustrated, he works with her unique situation, figuring out that she needs to aim to miss in order to hit her target.
  • The Courier immediately deciding to go help Abydos after reading Ayane's letter. He admits having a spot spot for underdogs for facing the impossible odds and how it reminds him of Goodsprings being threatened by the Powder Gangers.

Chapter 7: Righteous Comeuppance

  • Six and Shiroko bonding over their shared experience living in a desert, with the latter listening attentively to his stories like Vikki and Vance Casino heist.
  • Despite just meeting them, the easy camaraderie that forms between the Courier and the Abydos students over the course of the day, from fighting together to trading jokes to learning from each other.

Chapter 8: Unsolicited Assistance

  • After a group of the Helmet Gang that was split off from the main group decide to kidnap Serika like the canon, Sensei does everything he can to protect her.
    • Then afterward, everybody gets into a group hug with her after foiling their plans, even Six-Sensei! Although it was because Nonomi gave him a stern look to do it.

Chapter 9: Texas Red

  • Although it makes him cringe hard, Six-Sensei allows Arona to keep her doodle of him on his Pip-Boy because he couldn't bare to reject her puppy-eyes that he sensed. At the very least, he has an intact Vault-Boy on another tab to look at.
  • Sensei showing his handyman skills as he fixes the ramen shop's steamer, and even giving his free meal to Problem Solver 68.

Chapter 10: Prospecting

  • During Shiroko's practice on pickpocketing with Ayane, the narration states how she would never leech off of her friends since it wouldn't make sense considering they are all in this together to pay off the debts and restore Abydos to its former glory, and she does feel guilty for doing it to her friend even as practice.
  • The Courier is internally proud when he sees Shiroko was able to steal a USB drive off of someone in the black market, despite not having enough experience just yet. The FTF excluding Hifumi, who doesn't know, not so much for teaching their beloved Shiroko to steal.
  • Six stepping in to protect Hifumi from the thugs.
  • While implied to be still suspicious of the Courier, Hoshino sincerely thanks him for helping Serika, showing how much she cares for her junior despite her usually lazy lackadaisical demeanour..
  • Six is so enraged when he sees the hard-working money the Foreclosure Task Force gave to Kaiser is being used to attack them by their own debt company. He decides to go into the bank and basically kill everyone there (not really), but luckily Shiroko stops and calms him down, leading to the canon bank heist.

Chapter 11: The Sensei Who Broke the Bank

  • Six deciding to be the one to keep the money and process it to their loan company in secret.
  • Six-Sensei stealing the endangered fish tank he and Hoshino saw in last chapter and seeing the dedication and love Hoshino has for sea creatures. At first, Hoshino was angry they stole it, but quickly changed her tone when they had it. It's heartwarming to see her being able to take care of the fishes before they can send them to an aquarium whose willing to accept the endangered species when the news dies down. The next chapter shows him seeing her being fully awake up, reading more into how to take care of the fishes' requirements. Six inquires she has the potential of being a marine biologist.
  • Like canon, Hifumi departs on good terms with Abydos despite being roped into the heist that surprises the Courier.

Chapter 12: Potential Allies

  • Despite her grumbling and frustrations with Six's payment on "junk" instead of buying living necessities, Yuuka helps him to make ED-E.
  • While it's taken in for laughs, the Courier attempting to teach Wakamo some sense of morality and right vs wrong, even if she's a terrorist. Despite his disapproval of Wakamo's theft, Six recognizes the effort and thought she put into getting him a gift. Him suggesting they take the truck for a spin before returning it is a sweet compromise.

Chapter 13: Atom Bomb Baby

Chapter 14: Vanguard

  • Six-Sensei training with Shiroko in the morning. One of the reasons is getting into shape because he doesn't travel much anymore, but also because he found Shiroko working out by herself every day to be sad.
  • After learning that Six wasn't a NCR Ranger, she initially rejects Six's suggestion of learning the Ranger self-defense techniques by saying she only wants to learn how Sensei fights, not anyone else. She doesn't care if the Rangers were incredibly badass; they're not Sensei. Her loyalty to Six touches his heart internally.
    • It makes a bit sad when Six needs to go to another district to help out after he sees the FTF are able to handle themselves and the debt without needing his help all the time, Shiroko wants to spend more time with him. Six tells her to not worry, and he won't be going anywhere and that Schale's doors are open for her.
  • The worry the FTF show to the Courier after telling them he obtained a map (by force) in the Kaiser's base in Abydos. The fact that the FTF, who Courier Six befriends and teaches throughout the Abydos arc, show concern for him is a weird feeling to the Courier. He remarks how most people that were happy to give him a dirty job didn't give a flying crap for his safety or others because it was the way of the Wasteland. He promises them he'll tell them what he's going to do next time if he does business in Abydos. Although being trained in the Wasteland, it's hard for habits to die.
  • Kayoko apologizing to Six for shooting at him. While she didn't know it was him being the invisible enemy at first, she felt guilty she could have genuinely hurt him because he doesn't have a halo. Six plays dumb but says he isn't bothered and easily forgives her.
  • The fact Hoshino begins to really trust Six-Sensei more after confiding to him that Kaiser was making secret deals with her after hearing what the girls said to him on his solo raid on Kaiser's base and hearing his advice on what she should do. It's to the point of lying down on his lap and taking a nap on it (although she still had her halo on).
  • ED-E being rebuilt. This is one of the times the Courier expresses explicit joy, since ED-E is the first person he meets in Kivotos that comes from the Mojave. Finally, the Courier has someone from the Wasteland, who is returning as a companion and ready to fight with Courier Six once again!
  • Six-Sensei is late to the battle with the FTF, but Shiroko and even Hoshino states he will definitely come for them after Serika wonders in sad tone if he abandoned them. They are absolutely right as he crashes down wearing Power Armor with ED-E and Fuuka in tow.

Chapter 15: Scorched Earth

  • When a tank decides to focus on Shiroko because of her drone taking out one of their tanks, Six-Sensei goes in front and takes the damage point-blank, saved luckily by Arona, to defend Shiroko.
  • The Gehenna Prefect Team, PS68, and all members who are in Schale (Serina, Shun, Yuuka) come to help Sensei with his campaign against Kaiser.
    • A nice touch is how Serina and Chinatsu, despite coming from respective schools who hate each other's guts, gets along well. Then again, Serina and Chinatsu are pretty nice people.

Chapter 16: Cleanup Duty

  • Fuuka being nice enough to make sandwiches for everyone, including Sensei. In a war zone with Kaiser.
  • The way Aru is elated when she sees the Mysterious Stranger save her and Haruka from the Goliath. Looks like she found another adult to admire!
  • Chinatsu helping Fuuka recover from the Goliath's attack on her, the Courier feels regretful as he sees why she says she isn't really suited for combat and thinks about next time if he wants her to accompany him on missions, he'll need to give her proper gear. Sensing Sensei's gaze, Fuuka sees him and gives him a reassuring nod and smile as he goes off to hunt the PMC Director.

Chapter 17: Worth Protecting

  • The major heartwarming scene between Courier Six and his students when they confront him almost killing the PMC Director. He realizes how he is in a similar situation where Joshua Graham wanted to execute Salt-Upon-Wounds and he stopped the former from doing so. In his place, the students are trying to convince Six to not kill the PMC Director. He admits he wouldn't regret killing the robot because of how much a piece of shit the robot is, but what stops the Courier is the innocent looks of his students. As he thinks how letting the scum live is foolishly naive and childish, Six-Sensei finds their naïveté, their innocence, to be beautiful and be worth protecting. He'd rather take another bullet to the head than let Kivotos become a Wasteland. He's well aware he is a killer and doesn't care if he has to kill people as the Wasteland and his experience taught him, however, he realizes he doesn't need to bring his Wasteland experience to here as he doesn't want his students to go through a cycle of hatred and having to take other people's lives. As he meets with Hoshino's pleading eyes and then Shiroko reassuring him, he stops his kill on the PMC Director before making his final threat to never harm his students again.
  • Six finally saying "his students" as Shiroko points out. It goes to say being in Abydos and teaching the students have eased on him being a teacher even though he didn't welcome it that much at first.

Chapter 18: The Visitor

  • Six is genuinely curious about his students' abilities, but he adamantly refuses to let Black Suit try to experiment on them, since there's a good chance he'll kill them in his experiments without any remorse. While he justifies because he is their teacher, meaning anyone going against them will be his enemy, he's mainly trying to negotiate with him so he doesn't end up on the wrong note with Gematria, but he is genuinely disgusted with Black Suit's callousness.
  • While it ends on a funny note due to Six's Power Armor finally losing energy, it's nice to see the students who were in the Kaiser raid come to save Sensei in case he was in trouble with Black Suit.
  • ED-E referring Yuuka as its "mother" for helping in creating him with the Courier. Six remembering Dr. Whitley, ED-E's original character, can tell he was sincere and not being sassy, maybe, about it.
  • After accidentally shattering Six's whiskey bottle during her battle with Wakamo, an apologetic Shiroko comes back to gift Six a bottle of alcohol as a "I'm sorry" gift to him.

Chapter 19: Blue Archive

  • As he has a genuine heart-to-heart with her, Six making up with Arona for sending her away when he was going to execute the PMC Director. She's mad at him not for doing that but because he's unintentionally alienating himself from her and his students.
  • The FTF coming to visit on their day-off. When Six notices Shiroko is unusually silent, it's because she still feels guilty for destroying his whiskey bottle but also because she could have almost hurt Sensei because of his haloless state. Six mentally admits it wouldn't bother him because of his body modifications, but he tells Shiroko that her gifting him something makes it up and he's not mad at her. Even if the alcohol tasted terrible.
    • Six being gifted a snowglobe from the Abydos kids. Seeing how it resembles the snowglobes from the ones back at the Mojave and stirring up nostalgia in him, Six rethinks his situation and how he doesn't really think he's actually stuck in Kivotos. True he still misses his homeworld despite his dangerous and violent it is, but he thinks how maybe there's something to look forward to during his time here if he's going to be stuck here forever.
    • Then they all get into another group hug as Shiroko first embraces Six with the group following suit. It's more heartwarming as they all apply to Schale in thanks for his help with their situation.
    • The one who thought to give the snowglobe? Serika.
  • For all the Fallout New Vegas fans, it's a great moment to see how Arona narrates each of the student's endings and seeing the impact the Courier had on them.
  • Then we get this line that got Blue Archive fans edging on their seat in excitement:
Arona: In other words, it'll be like your very own Blue Archive!
    • Which of course the moment gets ruined by Courier asking why it's blue.
