  • Without any knowledge of how the Spanish legal system works, is any of the information Elvira got out of Adrian useful against him? They'll be able to locate Daniel's body because of it, but that's not enough to implicate Adrian (or even Laura) without the confession. And unless the Garridos try to pass the recording off as something Adrian confessed to the real Virginia Goodman, seems as though the unscrupulous way they obtained it would pose some obstructions to it being of much use.
    • Even if the confession can’t be used against him, they could still use any evidence they manage to find in the car, which the confession will lead them to. Barring that, finding their son’s body would be worth the effort for the Garridos, and Adrian still has a separate murder charge to deal with anyway.
