• Why was it so hard to determine who was real and who was the clone? Wouldn't Peter have had dental work and/or scars from before he was cloned?
  • Peter has a minor Healing Factor, which might have taken care of the scars. As for the rest, just chalk it up to 'Norman Osborn messing with everyone'.
    • Shouldn't Ben have remembered waking up in the Jackal's lab, a memory Peter would have lacked?
      • That was basically accounted for as the Jackal gave the clone an injection of Peter's RNA before they woke up in the stadium to confront each other, giving each the same memory.
• How the hell do Jackal-made clones have perfect Genetic Memory?
• Why did Peter lose his powers?
  • Long story short, his efforts to defeat a super-powered killer created using the same technology that irradiated the spider that originally bit Peter caused temporary damage to Peter's DNA that inhibited his ability to access his abilities for several months (from Peter's perspective, he was powerless from early in Mary Jane's pregnancy until she was in her eighth month).
