- Why does the allegro theme of MK7's Rainbow Road theme (at the last sections) starts from Musical Nod of N64's RR theme instead start over from beginning like other courses?
- Because it's the CLIMAX of the race. If it started over from the beginning, there'd be no time for it to get to the climax of the song. Starting it from the climax is like a variation of Theme Music Power-Up and really juices you up for that final sprint to the finish. The same logic happens with the porting of N64 Rainbow Road to 8.
- Despite his popularity, why isn't Waluigi in the roster in Mario Kart 7 (and in spite of his Waluigi Pinball course returning)?
- Why is there no single-player versus mode?
- Why is Shy Guy Bazaar in the Mushroom Cup, despite being one of the longest tracks in the game? It should've swapped places with Wuhu Loop or Music Park, which are in the Flower Cup.
