  • Why did the Justice League come back in level 11 instead of just waiting until the last level?
    • The Legion of Doom did plan to stop the Crime Syndicate from taking over the world so that they can do the deed themselves. Without the heroes, Gotham would become anarchic.
  • If Gorilla Grodd can read people's minds, then how was he blind to Luthor planning to double cross everyone?
  • Where were Heat Wave, Mirror Master, Scarecrow, Penguin, and Riddler during level 5? They were locked up as well.
  • What was Lex doing in-between levels 10 and 14? He was last shown watching Apokolips come to Gotham.
  • In level 15, Batman, Flash, Sinestro, and Rookie were working together. When they get back to the mainland, why were Flash and Sinestro not seen coming with Batman and Rookie through the separate portal and instead came out with everyone else?
  • Livewire has the ability to teleport everyone away from a location. Why did she not use that after they were going to get sent away in "Gridlocked?"
  • How did Harley end up trapped in Sea King's clutches when she was inside the Hall of Doom?
  • According to the plot of the game, the Rookie got the abilities of Amazo, an android that is able to copy superpowers. How could the Rookie get Amazo's abilities, given the fact that Amazo is an android, and the Rookie is an ordinary man.
  • A. I think Amazo's abilities are derrived from nanotech, which Rookie could have infused into themself. B. As a custom character Rookie could be portrayed as an Android. C. While I don't know about Amazo, it's Marvel counterpart the Super Adaptiod was once infused into Norman Osborn, granting him it's power copying abilities.
