Headscratchers / fault milestone two

• After Selphine looked into the Pharmacist's mind and found out the real medicine needed to completely cure Mil, why didn't she just tell Sol and Mil? Mil died because of that. Maybe it's already too late to use the medicine, but the game never made it clear and also in any case wouldn't it be worth it to tell them anyway and give it a try?
  • Given Sol laments to Mil that their efforts were for nothing, Selphine may have told him the truth while Mil was unconscious.
