  • In "MVP", the Wild CATS find themselves locked in Fort Knox, and have to stay there to avoid becoming enemies of the state. Meanwhile Helspont is trying to move a pair of nukes by truck, and the only person who can do anything is Marlowe. So what does he do? Make Helspont's evening worse in the most human way possible: Bureaucracy. Using his fortune and his company's board of directors, he buys and destroys bridges to herd the trucks, airdrops scrap metal on the road to destroy the truck's tires, buys out every tire shop and fuel station in a 30 mile radius, and even airdrops a toll booth in a completely random spot.
  • A competing business owner, Archer, has been an irritating rival of Marlowe's for apparently a long time. When Marlowe is denied help yet again, he decides to hit Archer where it hurts most: He dumps all of his shares of Archer's company, causing other holders to freak out and dump their shares too, sending Archer's company value into freefall. Once he's satisfied the price has dropped low enough, he scoops up a controlling interest in the company at a low price. He then orders the pilot of Archer's company plane to toss the guy out mid-flight.
