Lehane opened his email one day and found a message from one of his author friends with the subject "Scorsese." The content of the email? "Fuck you." And that was the entire email.
- His description of the time a woman in Charlestown told him that she and her husband really loved what he did with The Town. The only problem was that he didn't write it, but he joked that it's actually kind of nice to get credit for things he hasn't actually done.
