When drugged, one would expect that Kovacs, being the smallest, would be the first to pass out, and Ivan, being the largest by far, would be the last. Instead, they all pass out within a minute of each other and not in order of body weight. But Alexis was very specific about which drink she handed to each man, saying "This is for you" to each one.
