What this troper is more concerned about in episode 3 are those people picking and taking photos of underage girls in public. Even if it's for a "fashion magazine" it reeks of pedo-pandering. Remember, anyone can buy the magazine - sexual predators included.
In episode 10, Misha leaves Tsubame in the women's section of the hot spring. The only thing is that Tsubame is alone with a mother and her young daughter...
if that's what you're concerned about keep in mind that Tsubame certainly had such "opportunities" before but probably is able to hold herself back. She's also strongly fixated onto Misha now. And about the leaving part, it's not like Mischa could do much if push came to shove.
