• Fridge Brilliance: The first two times Guy sees Mimi (at the docks and in her car), she's wearing gloves, so he can't see whether she is wearing a wedding ring. At the hotel, she's pretending to have a tryst with her lover, so it makes sense that she wouldn't wear a ring there. This explains why he doesn't realize she is married until late in the movie.
