We find out that Chuck did in fact create every alternate universe we’ve seen (or most of them), meaning there are no alternates of him, showing an alternate reality where everything was the same except Sam and Dean were never born. Wouldn’t that mean there are untold amounts of Cains, with the mark? So how exactly did Amara get released?
