Arlene (the caffeine-addicted lady) falls asleep pretty much the second the caffeine rush wears off, and also comments about how easily she lost track of time and forgot to get her son from daycare. Given how addicted she is to the stuff, she probably doesn't get a lot of sleep due to the caffeine keeping her awake, hence why she crashes so hard and why she isn't firing on all cylinders.
The Main Shopper is likely supposed to be a "Yogurt Man". The only thing he tries that isn’t on his list is the strawberry yogurt sample, his flaw being his issues with overthinking (as shown when looking at the yogurt samples),his hair resembles the yogurt sample, and his skin has the similar color to the strawberry yogurt, making it very possible that he represents yogurt.
