Kengo's Phage form appears more monstrous compared to the other Phages before him. The reason for this is not only for being made of clay like his profession but also it's a reflection of how he sees himself. Due to him being extremely hard on himself while calling everything in his life a failure, that attitude would reflect how he sees himself; hence looking more monstrous and less humanoid.
This is the first time we see a Sailor Animamate target someone in a faraway location where the Sailor Guardians weren't present for until much later in the episode. What is the likelihood that Siren, or any of the other Animamates, targeted someone from a non-Juuban location which turned them into a destructive Phage with no Sailor Guardians around to stop them?
It's never specified how long has it been from when Siren attacked Kengo to Rei and friends showing up for their camping trip. How much destruction did Kengo cause when he became Sailor Artist? Were there any casualties?
During the flashback, Kengo displayed alot of anger problems as he would violently destroy his pottery creations in front of a child, not even stopping until she was in tears. Makes you wonder who else had to witness Kengo lose his temper and how he responded violently.
