In the line where Mr. Krabs asks Plankton if he would like to have Plabs Burgers be reestablished, it is also stated that Mr. Krabs's recipe is to be followed. In canon, Plabs Burgers were supposed to be horrible. But if Mr. Krabs's recipe is to be followed, that would mean that Plankton will finally learn the Krabby Patty secret formula as well. This is most likely symbolic of the ultimate reconciliation between two creatures who were once friends, became bitter rivals for decades, and became friends again in old age. Furthermore, this part of the story will mark Plankton's success not only in his pursuit of re-establishing a lost friendship, but also in a lifelong pursuit which he has since abandoned over the course of the plot.
