• That Jimmy knew Clark had superpowers does a lot to explain his Agent Mulder personality - he already knew one weird thing he mostly kept secret out of personal friendship, he's not wrong to branch out.
  • This also might give another explanation for the blurry photo he took of Superman in the first episode - maybe instead of amateur photography skills, Jimmy purposely messed it up to protect his friend's secret.
