Fridge Logic in Jackie Chan Adventures: Olympian Journey.
Fridge Brilliance
- The locations of the vessels chosen by godly essences aren't coincidence; each one is in a location that matches what said god represents, or at least is home to a lot of some symbol of said god. Hera and Ares are explained in-story, but the others make sense, too.
- Zeus's vessel was in an eagle finial on top of a flagpole at San Francisco city hall—a place of government and law (albeit one close by, rather than, say, the White House).
- Athena's is in a shield in a museum in Stockholm, Sweden, which is home of the Nobel Prize. Fitting for a goddess of wisdom.
- Hephaestus is god of fire and metallurgy, and is found in a blacksmith's hammer in Kyoto. Japan is known for master swordsmiths throughout history, and Kyoto is home to the Atago Shrine to Kagu-Tsuchi, the kami of fire.
- Aphrodite's essence is in a pearl necklace in the Suzhou province of China, the world's leading producer of lettuce—Aphrodite's sacred vegetable.
- Chapter 15's title, "Friday the 14th", gives a hint about the chapter's Twist Ending: In the original Friday the 13th, the killer was not Jason, but his mother. In the chapter, the essence of Aphrodite is not in Drew, but HIS mother!
