• If the Doctor keeps pressing a button which has the power to rewind time all the way back to when Rufus wakes up... then that means EVERYONE in the UNIVERSE is having their entire day rewound and replayed OVER and OVER! And they won't even notice this! Those poor souls will never, ever know a single thing about themselves being stuck in a time loop thanks to a man in space who has the almighty powers of time manipulation on his side! It's like the moment when Rufus wakes up is a save-state, all of existence is an emulator, and the Doctor happens to have access to the button which reloads that save-state again and again and again! This is definitely a unique kind of Fridge Horror...
