• Why did Primus take away Anadine's corruption even if he's later revealed to have been Evil All Along? Because 1. at that point, Kyrie and her group weren't going for him directly but going against Sigil, so he'd have been just seen as helping a subordinate of his, and 2. because it's more power from the Maw that he needs to enact his plan.
• The four temples where the Relics are found each correspond to a particular classical element. The Highlands Temple is high in the mountains (Air), the Island Temple is located in the middle of a lake (Water), the Desert Temple is located within a desert (Earth), and the Mountain Temple is located on top of a volcano (Fire). In all cases the party is too late to prevent the Relics from being drained of their power. Now doesn't this feel a little bit familiar?
