Fridge Brilliance
- While the members of the Cabal scoff at the idea of a robot designed to develop emotions, the following chapters demonstrate that it may have been motivated by pragmatic reasons as well moral ones. Like Titan, Goliath requires its three components to work in unison to fight at full capacity, which means any friction could greatly hinder their performance. During their rematch with Titan, Shego and Baron continue to butt heads over how to face Titans new tactics, leaving them open to further attacks and eventually causing Goliath to disassemble. In contrast to Octus (who learned to mediate in a similar situation between Lance and Ilana) Novex attempts to appeal to logic (focusing on destroying their enemies first), which falls on deaf ears, since he is physically incapable of understanding why they are acting this way, and thus unable to properly address the problem.
