- At first it seems strange that Tycoon technology cannot raise the Ecobalance above 0. However, if one thinks about it, it makes perfect sense. Tycoon Ecotech simply doesn't work if there is no pollution to neutralize. For example, the "Deacidification Station" obviously can't do anything if there is no acid in the soil to begin with.
