• Maybe the real reason adult Cyclops vanished when young Cyclops temporarily died in Battle of the Atom, was that teen Jean (who is still telekinetic even though she is more into exploring her telepathy at that point) really, REALLY believed they were the same person. You don't see the Earth tremble like that every time Scott gets injured or is otherwise in danger of never going back. Jean can dissemble and scatter atoms with her thoughts – of course she can do that.
