When passing by Earth Bet, Abaddon plays a "practical joke" on the other two entities, sending its own shard to latch onto a host and disrupt the usual Cycle. Thirty years later, the shard makes its move, reaching out to Taylor Hebert as she's trapped in her locker, and giving her a very different power instead of Queen Administrator. As the masked vigilante "Atropos", she can now see the Path to Ending. For anything that can end.
